BlueSky has been committed to the layout and planning of the field of electronic grade siloxanes, as early as 2010, the production line for Tetramethyl Orthosilicate(TMOS)  had begun to be put into production with the direct-method, compared to the traditional production process of silicate esterification, the direct-method is made by the direct reaction of silicon powder and methyl alcohol, and is produced through multi-level purification, the chloride ions and metal ions have been well controlled at the source, the preliminary conditions for electronic grade siloxanes are available.

In 2020, the company arranged special funds and personnel to carry out research and development, mainly optimizing the process from the aspects of raw material quality, catalysts, solvents, equipment selection, etc., and successfully produced electronic grade Tetramethyl Orthosilicate (TMOS) and electronic grade Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS) to meet market demand. Electronic grade TMOS and TEOS industrial products were officially launched on the market in 2021, and cooperative relationships have been established with multiple domestic wet electronic chemical manufacturers, specializing in the supply of 6N level TMOS and TEOS.
